Reviews and Ratings
The Premier Inn Derby East is a clean and well-kept establishment with friendly staff that made my stay pleasant. However, the location is a bit isolated, and the dining options during lunch were limited. The lack of air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather, which impacted my overall comfort. Despite some downsides, it still offers good value for a stay near Derby.
My stay at the Derby East Premier Inn was fantastic, with a clean and comfortable room that provided a peaceful retreat. The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating our requests with a smile and ensuring we felt valued. The on-site restaurant offered great dining options, although it could get a bit busy at times. Overall, it was an excellent base for exploring the area, and I found it to be a great value for money.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, the dining experience was less than stellar, and I faced issues with noise and temperature control. The location wasn't ideal either, given the disturbances from the outside. However, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of my room.
My stay at this Premier Inn was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the value for money and the breakfast was impressive, there were noticeable issues with the cleanliness of the hotel exterior and the staff's appearance. The dining experience was quite good, especially at the restaurant. Overall, it's a decent option, but some infrastructure improvements are much needed.
During my stay at the Derby East Premier Inn, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received upon arrival and the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel. The staff members were incredibly professional, and my room, while standard, was well-kept. However, the noise from the road was noticeable at times, and there were some parking issues which could be frustrating. Overall, it was a solid option for exploring the area, but there is definitely room for improvement.
